Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, clients must do so within 72 hours of the set appointment. Clients who cancel before the 72-hour timeframe will receive 75% of the deposit amount. Clients will forfeit their full deposit if the cancellation is not within the 72-hour period.
